We contact potential Candidates in order to check their availability and interest to take part in the recruitment process. We do not provide Clients with any Candidate information without the Candidate’s consent.
Electus provides Candidates with relevant and accurate information about the position’s nature and requirements, work place and organization.
We notify Candidates timely about all selection steps.
We are flexible when making interviewing and testing appointments.
We check recommendations in agreement with Candidates not to jeopardize their professional and personal integrity.
Candidates are always provided with feedback, no matter whether it is positive or negative.
