Electus company consultants try to build partnership relationship with their Clients. This partnership relationship is based on loyalty, trust and responsibility of either Party in the employment process. In order to establish partnership relationship, we try to understand the Clients’ needs and work together to find the best solution. Our fundamental business postulates are personal approach, discretion, promptness and flexibility.
In order to avoid any recruitment and selection misunderstandings, everything is documented in a written form. Prior to taking over any project, we present our company and services to the Client at the initial meeting. During the meeting we try to obtain as many details about the Client, their business operations and position. We provide the Client with objective information about resources availability, the time needed to finish the project, our knowledge and professionalism in a specific field. Electus company practice is to accept only those projects that we can finish, i.e. those for which we estimate that we can be useful to the Client and that we have an access to adequate Candidates. After the meeting we determine the Offer that contains a description of the project approach and commercial cooperation terms and conditions. The project price is established according to the position complexity and in compliance with our price list. Together with the Client we agree on crucial characteristics for the Candidate’s evaluation and the extent of company and position information we can provide Candidates with. We also coach our Clients how to determine specific position requirements and desirable Candidate characteristics. After the project specifications and desirable Candidate profile have been made, we begin our search using different recruitment methods and tools (we use our database and public CV databases, head hunting, collect information via the network of our current contacts, do market research, advertise in different media, and use alternative methods).
In Candidate selection we use all professional methods to select resources (structured panel interview, psychological testing, verification of recommendations). As a result of our operations, we present to the Client the profiles of those Candidates we consider adequate for the organizational culture and who might prove successful in what they do. We provide an honest and factual account of the Candidate’s specifications to the Client. At the beginning of the project we notify the Client about the project team membership. During the project the Client has a contact person who he/she can turn to for all information pertaining to the specific process or employment in general. We have close cooperation with the Client during the entire process and inform him/her about the status of each and every stage in the project. If there are any problems during the selection, we notify the Client timely and try to find an alternative solution. We help the Client in final negotiations with Candidates by providing consultations based on our experience.
After the selection process has been finished and the best Candidate employed, it is our practice to follow the progress of the selected Candidate and the Client's satisfaction with his/her performance. In the event that the selected Candidate’s employment is terminated within the period shorter than six months (6) after the employment, whether due to the Client’s dismissal or the Candidate’s notice, without any additional fee Electus repeats the recruitment and selection processes from the day when the Candidate entered in the working or legal relationship to be employed by the Client.
Electus guarantees discretion and information confidentiality to its partners. The confidential information obtained by Electus from Clients are only used to perform tasks, and not for any other purposes. They are only made available to the project team engaged for the Client. In every project Electus tries to avoid situations that might result in the conflict of interest. The Candidates recommended to a Client are not recommended to other Clients until the process has been completed. Should cooperation with one Client result in the conflict of interest with another Client, we notify either involved Party. Both Clients and Electus are entitled to terminate their cooperation at any time should it be established that any of the Parties does not comply with the Agreement. The Candidates employed by one Client are not involved in other projects and recommended to other Clients. We belong to the business world network and always keep up to date with current events on the labour market. Thus, we help our Clients find the best Candidates.
