The SELECTIO Group pays great attention to corporate social responsibility by its implementation in everyday work and a series of projects. We believe that corporate social responsibility is an integral part of business, and not a separate segment of common modus operandi.

The SELECTIO Group as such is a member of the community for corporate social responsibility at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and a signatory to the UN Global Compact or the World Treaty , an informal initiative based on dialogue, learning and collective corporate operations in cooperation with other sectors in the society in order to promote the principles of corporate ethics.

The SELECTIO Group activities in the field of corporate social responsibility can be thematically grouped as follows:

  • Promotion of volunteerism - Partnership with associations, publications of volunteering advertisements on the MojPrviPosao (MyFirstJob) web page, and development and promotion of corporate volunteerism.

  • Development of philanthropy and foundation building - Donacije.info (Donations.info) association was initiated by MojPosao, (MyJob) which also manages the Zaklade.info (Fondations.info) web page.

  • Promotion of employment of persons with disabilities - Cooperation with associations of persons with disabilities and organizations such as the UNDP. Together with the UNDP a project was initiated entitled “Persons with Disabilities Employer of the Year Award”.

  • Youth Employment Support - Workshops for pupils, students and citizens to help them enter the labour market, Dan karijera i znanja (Career and Knowledge Day) and MojPrviPosao (MyFirstJob), where all scholarship and student praxis information can be found, etc.

  • Promotion of lifelong education - via EduCentar (EduCentre)

  • Certifikat Poslodavac Partner (Employer Partner Certificate) - Awarded to organizations that meet Human Resources Management quality standards.
