CONSULTING SERVICES


Certifikat Poslodavac Partner (The Employer Partnership Certificate) is a certification process that evaluates the entire strategic and professional approaches to Human Resources Management, and certifies their excellence. It allows employers to assess the quality of Human Capital Management, to improve current processes in compliance with best practices, and impose themselves to best resources as their employer of choice.

The aim of individual and team assessments is to establish determined individual competencies, knowledge or potentials, and to make a diagnosis of inefficient business processes and interpersonal relations inside the team. SELECTIO HR Academy is proffesional development programme for those who want to learn more about human resources management. Human Resource Management Arena is the first Croatian conference on human resource management that in one place brings together local and international experts/lecturers, current topics in various areas of human resources, as well as news and ideas from local and foreign companies. It also provides insight into the actual events within the community of human resources experts in Croatia and the region, and enables knowledge exchange among colleagues.

INTERNET RECRUITMENT


MojPosao is a strategic partner of the SELECTIO Group. It is the first choice and an indispensable search engine for employees and jobs in the competitive labour market segment in Croatia. As the main or a single recruitment channel, with annual agreements with a large majority of leading Croatian companies, MojPosao is virtually a "central labour market location". In addition to standard recruitment services, it also offers advanced recruitment services, and, as a qualified consultant, actively participates and provides support to its Clients in the Human Resources Management process.

During 2007 MojPosao extended its range at the regional and global level. In March 2007 it became a constituent part of one of the leading European media companies – Daily Mail and General Trust Group, and in September 2007 it joins The Network – the largest global online recruitment network, which includes the best job sites in over 100 countries of the world.
