Payroll service
In the event of headcount freeze, the payroll service provides you with available quality Employees of your own choice.
Electus DGS takes Employees over, and places them at your disposal whenever you may need them. All Employees have already been selected or employed by the Service User.
They sign a Temporary Employment Contract with the Agency, turning Electus DGS into their formal Employer. In compliance with the contract signed, the Employees are referred to work for the Service User.
Consequently, your headcount becomes smaller, but your company and employee capacities remain the same.
