What is temporary employment?

Temporary employment is useful in situations when you want to avoid excess employee search expenses and decrease accounting and administrative expenses, when there is a need for seasonal work force or project employment, when there is a demand for a current employee replacement due to long/many absence/s or trial periods, or in any other situation that requires greater flexibility in human resources management.

Electus DGS enters into employee leasing agreements that set forth the Agency (Electus DGS) - service beneficiary (the Client) – leased employee (the Worker) relationship. In the employee leasing procedure, Electus DGS independently administers selection of candidates for contracted positions, and refers the chosen candidates to the Client, who then makes the final selection of candidates to be employed.
