How is the Service User-Agency-Employee relationship established?
-
The relationship between the Agency and the Service User is established in compliance with the Temporary Employment Agreement, which is fundamental for Employees to work for the Service User. It lays down the Service User’s and the Agency’s obligations and other specific qualities pertaining to a particular position. The Employee signs an Employment Contract with the Agency in accordance with legislation, and is subsequently placed at the Service User's disposal.

What results can be expected from Electus DGS Agency?

Electus DGS Agency submits to the Client, within the agreed time period stipulated in the Contract, a report on minimum 3 candidates (for a single position), which meet the required criteria to the maximum extent. The report contains annotations of the interview conducted by Electus DGS Agency, original CVs of the candidates, verification of candidates’ references and testing results.

What happens if we employ a person we do not happen to like during the trial period?

In compliance with the standard contract Electus DGS Agency makes with its Clients, if it turns out that the candidate does not meet the position requirements and the employment is terminated in the period shorter than 6 months following the candidate’s employment, Electus DGS Agency continues to search for the optimum candidate, without any extra charges for the Client.

Electus Human Potentials uses a CV based pre-selection (focusing on significant working experience).
The selection procedure also involves:
- telephone pre-interview (focusing on missing CV information and understanding of job requirements)
- structured interview (focusing on job-related competencies)
- references verification (focusing on accomplished results)
- and testing (of intelligence, personality traits, knowledge of foreign languages, etc.)

How do Electus Human Potentials prices compare with its competitors?

When determining prices, we are not led by our competitors, but the quality of the service we offer. Electus Human Potentials has a price list used to charge recruitment and selection services relative to the complexity of the position the recruitment and selection process is conducted for. Our Clients are welcome to have a look at the price list.

How many paid absence days am I entitled to if I am employed through Electus DGS Agency?

According to our Company Statute, every Employee is entitled to maximum 7 paid absence days on annual basis.

How can I find a job through Electus DGS Agency?

Send us your CV, which we will refer to our colleagues who are responsible for recruitment and selection, and you will be contacted if there are any interesting business offers.

How long can I work through Electus DGS?
-
In accordance with the Labour Act, the Section pertaining to Temporary Employment Agencies, you can work for maximum one continuing year through our Agency. Shorter than a month employment termination shall not be considered termination of the one year period.

How many days of holidays am I entitled to when I work through Electus DGS Agency?
-
According to the Labour Act, any employed person is entitled to minimum 18 days of holiday. This right is acquired after 6 months of employment. The number of days of holiday is stipulated in the Employment Contract. If the Employee has been employed for less than 6 months, he/she acquires a right to a proportionate number of days of holiday.

What commission does the Agency take from the Employee?

The Agency does not take any commission for the Agency services from the Employee, i.e. for referring the Employee to the Service User. The price of Agency services is stipulated in the agreement between the Agency and the Service User, and is paid in full by the Service User.

When can I take a holiday if I work through Electus DGS Agency?

The Service User makes a complete holiday schedule and other days of absences of referred Employees relative to the volume and organization of work, and the need for Employees.

Can my salary be different from the salary of the Employee who is directly employed by the Service User for the same or similar positions?

The Employee’s salary cannot be smaller than the salary of the Employees directly employed by the Service User for the same or similar positions, i.e. the same or similar jobs.

How confidential is the Electus data base?

Under full responsibility we can declare that the Electus data base is confidential. Namely, it is not publicly available. It is only accessible to those Electus Human Potentials Company employees who are in charge of recruitment and selection.

Is there a possibility that my current Employer finds me in the Electus base?

There is no such possibility. In contrast with some other Internet Portal bases, the Electus Human Potentials data base is not publicly available. It is only accessible to those Electus Human Potentials Company employees who are in charge of recruitment and selection.

What can I expect after leaving my CV in the Electus base?

During each and every recruitment and selection project conducted by Electus Human Potentials Company, the persons responsible for the project search the base according to specific key words. Those persons whose profile meets the vacancy requirements shall be contacted to check their interest in the vacancy. If they are interested, they will be invited for an interview and/or testing, especially developed for the specific position requirements.

How much time does usually elapse between the moment when I leave my CV in the base and the moment when Electus contacts me?

Unfortunately, we cannot promise anything to candidates or give a straight answer to this question. Namely, the market dictates everything, and we cannot know when a certain vacancy will appear that will match somebody’s profile. Therefore, some persons will be contacted relatively quickly, and some only after a couple of years. Sometimes due to market requirements and high demand in certain industrial branches, the candidates whose profile matches the requirements and the high demand may be contacted several times, while others will be contacted only once.

If I have already been called for the Electus selection interview and testing, do I need to come again or can my data be immediately referred to some other Employer?

The interview and test questions are made relative to specific position requirements. It rarely happens that two positions are completely the same. Even if everything else is the same, the Employer will not be. In general, therefore, the interview should almost always be repeated. The testing results have a certain „expiry date“, i.e. a time period during which they are considered valid. If this date has expired, testing should be repeated. Very often candidates need to do at least some new tests they have not done before due to specific vacancy requirements.

Can I be simultaneously involved in several selection processes?

In Electus Human Potentials Company you can be involved in only one selection process at a time. Hence, if you have been interviewed and/or tested for a certain position, until you obtain feedback for that position, Electus will not involve you in any other selection process. After you receive feedback, Electus may involve you in another selection process your profile might be suitable for.

Can I have a look at my testing results?

Electus Human Potentials offers the possibility of testing feedback to candidates. If you are interested in your results, turn to the contact person inside Electus, who will be happy to provide you with more details in this respect.
